Who we are
AMLA is built by people who have spent their careers in ports, on ships, and in logistics, in Antwerp and across Africa.
Our team brings together port operations, maritime training, logistics management and educational technology. We have trained marine pilots and tugboat captains on location in Nigeria, Guinea, the DRC, Ghana and East Africa.
What “powered by Antwerp” means
The Port of Antwerp is one of Europe’s largest and most sophisticated port ecosystems, and a global reference for port operations, safety and logistics. When we say AMLA is powered by Antwerp we mean something specific: our content is developed and validated by people working in that ecosystem.
Antwerp is the framework, not the template. International standards, adapted to how an African port actually runs, rather than translated and shipped.
